On this page
To see how your channels are doing, start with the "Last week performance" block on the Uplonic home page, open the Analytics page for channel-level charts and comparison, and use the AI assistant tab for a written summary, the topics that work and video ideas. The assistant takes its numbers from your measured data, not from the text it generates, and a dash means there is no measurement rather than zero.
Before you begin
You need an app with at least one connected channel that has some history. The basic analytics, which means the home page block and the Overview, is open to every role on every plan. PDF and CSV export and scheduled reports are for the Owner and Manager from the Pro plan; a branded report with your own logo needs the Pro Plus plan. For the AI assistant, the weekly summary is included on every plan, while "What works", video ideas and idea generation need the Pro plan or higher and draw on the app's monthly AI credits. Credit amounts are not quoted here, because the catalog changes.
Check scope: This follows the dashboard and API code as of 2026-10-24. We did not read real channel data for this guide, so no figure here is a result.
Start on the home page
The "Last week performance" block shows four tiles: posts published, followers, views and new comments, each compared with the week before. If a tile shows a dash, there is no measurement for it. That is different from zero, and the tile does not show a change when there is nothing to compare with. A line under the tiles shows the headline of the latest AI analysis; clicking it opens the AI assistant tab.
Use Overview and Compare
Open "Analytics". In "Overview" you can filter by channel and choose the period, and you see how followers change and the trend per channel. Data for new content does not appear immediately; the first numbers arrive within about a day. In "Compare" the channels sit side by side, for example posts, views, average views per post, engagement and follower change. Where a network does not provide a metric, the table says so instead of showing zero.
Use the AI assistant
The "AI assistant" tab has three parts: a summary, "What works?" and video ideas. The numbers come from your own measured facts, and the evidence chips next to a statement point to them. The ideas build on the topics that perform best. The analysis covers the whole workspace, so the page's channel filter and period selector are hidden on this tab; use the 7 or 30 day switch instead.
The analysis is renewed automatically each week, and the first one for a workspace is created from the empty state and is free. Generating new video ideas draws on the app's monthly AI credits. On the Free plan the weekly summary is available and the other parts are locked; the locked text is not sent to your browser at all, so it cannot be read from the page.
You can switch AI off in the app's settings. When it is off, the workspace's data is not sent to the AI provider, which is Google Gemini.
Export a report
The "Report" button has three tabs. "Download" gives a PDF or a CSV that follows the page's current filters. "Schedule" sets up a weekly or monthly delivery to recipients you name. "Branding" sets your own logo and colour for the report, and the branded report is available on the Pro Plus plan. The client report article covers what to put in a report for a client.
Symptom | Check | Action |
|---|---|---|
Charts are empty | The channel may be new, or the period too short. | Wait about a day after new content, and widen the period. |
A tile shows a dash | There is no measurement for it. | This is not zero; reconnect the channel if it should be measured. |
"What works" and ideas are locked | The app may be on the Free plan. | Move the app to a plan that includes them. |
The AI assistant is missing | AI may be switched off in the app's settings. | Turn it on in the app's settings if your data policy allows it. |
The analytics overview describes the page in product terms. When the numbers show a topic that works, schedule the next video to every network at once.
