Strengths on both sides

Where Uplonic is better

  • Analytics and an API key on every plan, including Free.
  • A video library with storage per channel and per-network video settings.
  • Client approval by link — no client account needed.
  • A comment inbox with saved quick replies for the whole team.

Where Publer is better

  • A free plan with three accounts.
  • Follow-up comments and bulk scheduling already on the entry plan.
  • X (Twitter) support on paid plans.
  • Every 10th account or member free, and 20% off with yearly billing.

Switching from Publer in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect your channels

Sign in to each network once. Several accounts on the same network are fine — pick which one is the default, and every post addressed to that network goes there.

  2. 2

    Bring your content over

Drop your videos into the bulk uploader and attach a spreadsheet: captions, channels and dates are filled in from a CSV (Excel and Google Sheets exports both work). Your Publer queue can keep running in the meantime.

  3. 3

    Rebuild the schedule, then switch

Set up publishing profiles and daily time slots for each channel, check the first week in the calendar, and pause the old queue once the first posts have gone out from Uplonic.
