What are “apps” in the dashboard?

An app is a self-contained workspace for one brand or client, with its own channels, media library, schedule, team and subscription. You can connect several networks (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and the rest) to an app and manage your videos, posts and schedules from there.

Which social media platforms does the system support?

Accepted Answer

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and Pinterest, each connected through the network's own OAuth authorization. Snapchat is waiting for Snap's approval. Every available network works on every plan, including Free: the Free plan limits HOW MANY channels you connect, not which networks.

How does automatic scheduling work?

You schedule a post or video for an exact time, or set up an automation: you choose when and to which channels content should go out, and the system publishes from your media library on its own (at random or from the videos you picked). You follow what's planned and what went out in the calendar and list on the “Uploads” page.

Is OAuth authentication secure?

Yes, we use the OAuth 2.0 protocol for all platforms and store authentication data encrypted. No third party ever accesses your account, only you grant permissions, and you can revoke them at any time.

What happens when my storage is full?

When you reach your plan's storage limit, you'll receive a notification. After that, you won't be able to upload new videos, but you can still manage existing ones. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

When are fees charged?

Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month; annual plans are billed once a year. The Free plan stays free forever, no credit card required.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without restrictions. After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period, then your account automatically switches to the Free plan.

Can I connect two accounts from the same network?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A workspace can hold several accounts from the same network, for example two YouTube channels or two TikTok accounts. Each one counts as a separate channel, so on paid plans each is billed separately. When a network has more than one account, you mark one as the default: posts go there unless you pick a specific channel.
