AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

How does it work?

The platform offers an AI-based video generation feature: the User provides a text prompt and the system produces a video based on a template stored in S3. Generation runs as a background process; its status can be tracked on the Jobs page and via real-time notifications.

Nature of generated content

  • The output of generated videos is non-deterministic: the same prompt may yield different results across different runs.
  • The model may produce inaccurate, misleading or factually incorrect content. The User must review the video before publishing.
  • Templates used during generation are subject to their own copyright and licence terms. The User is responsible for ensuring that use (particularly commercial use) complies with those terms.

Labelling and transparency obligations

The EU AI Act and policies of several platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) require that synthetic or significantly AI-modified content be clearly labelled by the publisher. It is the User’s responsibility to apply the appropriate label (e.g. “AI generated”, “Made with AI”) in accordance with the relevant platform’s policy.

Prohibited uses

The generation feature must not be used to:

  • impersonate real natural persons without their consent (deepfake);
  • produce misleading news or political content;
  • create illegal, hateful or sexual content;
  • create content that infringes a third party’s copyright or trademark.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, and the User is liable for any resulting damage.

Risk Disclaimer

Risks of automated publishing

The Service executes cron-based scheduled tasks that post to social platforms on behalf of the User. Risks inherent in this approach include:

  • Platform restrictions: excessively frequent or policy-violating automated posting may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension. The User is solely responsible for this.
  • OAuth token expiry: if a token expires, scheduled tasks will fail. No posts will be made until re-authentication.
  • Irrevocability of erroneous publications: content published as a result of an incorrect schedule can only be removed by the User from the target platform; the Provider has limited or no technical means to do so.
  • External API changes: the YouTube, Meta and TikTok APIs may change without notice, which may cause scheduled tasks to fail temporarily.

Data security recommendations

  • Never paste the App API key into a public repository, client-side code or a chat interface.
  • If you notice suspicious activity, immediately generate a new API key and revoke OAuth access on the social platform.
  • Do not share your login credentials, and do not use easily guessable passwords. Where available, use two-factor authentication for your social accounts.
  • It is the User’s responsibility to back up valuable media files; the Provider does not guarantee a separate archive beyond S3 storage.

Financial and business risks

Use of the platform does not guarantee any business, marketing or reach results. Social platform algorithms change constantly, and the organic reach of content is outside the Provider’s control. The Provider accepts no liability for lost profit or business losses that may arise from the use of automation.
