What is a workspace (app), and when should I create a new one?

A workspace (called an “app” in the interface) is a self-contained space for one brand or client, with its own channels, media library, schedule, team and subscription. Create one from “Add → New app”. As an agency, open a separate workspace per client: a team member then only sees the workspaces you invite them to.

I just signed up. Where do I start?

Accepted Answer

The “Getting started” card at the top of the home page walks you through it: create a workspace, connect your first channel, send out your first video (now or scheduled), then look at your analytics. Each step ticks itself off once it has actually happened.

Question 3

How do I connect a channel?

Accepted Answer

Choose “Add → New platform” or the “Add channel” button in the left sidebar, then pick the network. Approve access in the network's own sign-in window: we never ask for or see your password. Once you're back, the channel appears in the sidebar and can be picked for posts right away. Owners and managers can connect channels.

Which networks can I publish to?

Videos go to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Image and text posts go to Facebook, LinkedIn and Threads, and image posts to Pinterest as well. Snapchat is waiting for Snap's approval. Every available network works on every plan; plans differ in the number of channels and in features.

Is there an API or an AI integration?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the “Developers” page you can create named API keys for your own automations (n8n, Make, your own code). On the “AI integration” tab you can connect an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your workspaces over MCP, with read or write access per workspace. Both are available on every plan, including Free; your plan only sets the number of keys and the monthly API allowance.

How do I schedule a video or a post?

Choose “Add → New post”: upload the video or write the post, pick the channels, add the text and a time, or publish right away. You can set different text and settings per network. Everything you've planned shows up in the calendar and list on the “Uploads” page.

Question 7

Can I upload many videos at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with “Add → Bulk upload”. You set the title, description, channels and time per video in each row, and you can fill it all in from a CSV spreadsheet (saving from Excel works too). You can also spread the times out so that not everything goes out at once.

How do automations work?

Accepted Answer

In “Add → New automation” you set when and to which channels content should go out. The system then publishes from your media library on its own, either at random or from the videos you picked. Running automations are also listed in the “What's going out?” block on the home page. Owners and managers can set up automations.

Question 9

What should I do if a post failed to publish?

Accepted Answer

You get a notification, and a red “Needs attention” button with a count appears next to the view switcher on the “Uploads” page. It shows the reason, and you can retry with one click. If the cause is an expired channel connection, reconnect the channel first. If we can't tell whether the post went out, we ask before resending so it isn't published twice.

Why do I have to choose a visibility for every TikTok post?

TikTok's rules don't allow us to set a default visibility for you. You choose the visibility (and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed) for each post, and the interface always shows your account's current TikTok settings. For the same reason, TikTok can't be picked in the media library's bulk scheduling.

What is a first comment, and how do I set it up?

A first comment is the comment posted under your own post right after it's published, for example a link or a question for your audience. You can set it per item when scheduling, and the “First comment” button on the “Comments” page lets you set a default and saved texts. Which networks support it depends on the permissions each network grants.

What does it mean when a channel asks to be reconnected?

Accepted Answer

The access the network gave us has expired or was revoked (for example after a password or permission change). A “Reconnect” button shows up on the home page and in your notifications. It opens the network's sign-in window, and once you approve the same account, the channel works again with its settings and schedules intact. Until then, posts scheduled to that channel won't go out.

Question 13

I have two accounts on the same network. Which one does a post go to?

Accepted Answer

To the one you pick for the post. If only the network is given (for example in an automation or an API call), the post goes to the default account, which you can change on that account's card on the Platforms page. You connect a second account the same way as the first, and each counts as a separate channel.

What happens if I disconnect a channel?

Accepted Answer

The channel is removed from the workspace and its access is deleted. When you connect a new channel, we offer to move items planned for the disconnected one over to it; if you don't, that channel is skipped at publishing time. On a paid plan, the channel's seat stays yours until the end of the billing period, so you can connect another account in its place at no extra cost.

Is access to my channels secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You connect channels through each network's own authorization flow (OAuth), so we never receive your password. Access tokens are stored encrypted and never shown in the interface. You can revoke access at any time: by disconnecting the channel here, or in the network's own account settings.

How do I invite team members, and what roles are there?

Accepted Answer

Use “Add → Invite team member” or the “Team” page. There are three roles. The Owner manages everything and is the only one who can delete the workspace. A Manager can connect channels, approve content, and manage automations and billing. Staff can upload, edit, schedule and reply to comments, but can't connect channels or approve content. Inviting members depends on your plan.

Question 17

How can I require internal approval for my staff's content?

Accepted Answer

Turn on “Staff content requires approval” in the workspace settings. Staff then send their posts for approval, and those land in the media library's “Approval” view, where an owner or manager approves them or rejects them with a reason. Once approved, the item goes out at its scheduled time on its own.

Question 18

Can I send content to my client for approval?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From the approval queue, the media library or the post list you can send a single link where your client decides item by item without signing in, and can leave comments. The link is only shown when it's created: if it gets lost, revoke it and send a new one. If an item's planned time has already passed when it's approved, it won't go out on its own, and you'll need to give it a new time. This feature depends on your plan.

What kind of video can I upload?

MP4, MOV or WebM files. Length and size limits are set by each network (TikTok, for example, allows a different maximum length per account). Before uploading, you can check your file with our free Video spec checker. For vertical videos, the preview also shows the safe zone, the area where you shouldn't place text.

What happens when my storage is full?

Accepted Answer

You can't upload new videos until you free up space or increase your limit; your existing videos and schedules keep working. The “Storage” button in the media library header shows what's taking up space, by status and by largest video. You can get more space by changing plans or adding extra storage on the Billing page. Videos in the trash no longer take up space.

Question 21

How long do you keep my uploaded videos?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your plan: paid plans keep videos longer or without limit. You're notified 7 days before old, unused videos are deleted. A scheduled video that hasn't gone out yet is never deleted before it's published.

Question 22

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans are billed per channel, in advance for a month or a year, and yearly billing is cheaper. Each workspace has its own subscription. If you connect a new channel mid-period, you pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the period. If you disconnect one, its seat stays yours until the period ends, and the price drops from the next period. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You need a card to start it, and the first charge is on day 15 unless you cancel before then. Separately, the free plan works with no time limit and no card, with a limited number of channels.

Question 24

How do I change my plan or cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

On the Billing page, opened from the user menu, you can change plans, and manage or cancel your subscription. After you cancel, everything keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and then the workspace moves to the free plan. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it. Owners and managers can manage the subscription.
