Plan in a spreadsheet, schedule in one go
A content calendar is easiest to plan in a spreadsheet: one row per video, with the file name, title, description, hashtags, channels and the time it should go out. The template has exactly these columns. Fill it in, check it here, then import it into Uplonic's bulk upload together with the video files.
Only the file column is required. A row without a date goes to your media library unscheduled; a row without channels keeps the channels you set in the upload screen.
02
What the validator checks
It reads the file with the same rules as the import: semicolons from Hungarian Excel or commas, Hungarian or English column names, and dates in ISO (2027-01-11 18:00) or Excel's 2027. 01. 11. 18:00 format. It flags rows the import would skip silently (no file name), duplicates, impossible dates such as February 30, past times, unsupported file types and networks, titles over 200 characters and more than 30 hashtags.
Channel names it can't know without your account, such as the name of your YouTube channel, are marked for you to double-check, not as errors: on import they're matched to your connected channels.
03
Encoding and Excel
Hungarian Excel saves CSV files in the Windows-1250 encoding, not UTF-8, which turns ő and ű into garbage in many tools. The validator detects this and reads the accents correctly, and the checked CSV you download is UTF-8 with a byte order mark, so Excel opens it in columns with the accents intact.
Times are read as local time on your computer, the same way the upload screen shows them.
Sources and methodology
Numbers checked on October 17, 2026.
The validator runs the same parsing code as Uplonic's bulk upload import (delimiter detection, column aliases, Hungarian Excel dates, file-name matching), so a file that passes here imports the same way. Accepted video types match the upload screen (MP4, MOV, WebM). Everything runs in your browser; the file isn't uploaded.
